Thank you very much for ordering from our shop! We're a small team operating in our free time, and as such aim to ship orders 1-2 times a week, usually around Wednesday-Friday. If the order is urgent let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We can accept returns for defective products as long as we are notified ASAP, and the product is returned to us within 30 calendar days. Any other returns must be made within 14 days. All returns will be subject to inspection on return to determine legitimate claims.
